The GlobalXperts team consists of experienced professionals from the largest IT/Telecom companies in the world including, MCI, AT&T Lucent Cisco etc. Many of our skilled technical engineering professionals and support staff were “home grown” at GlobalXperts after college. The team leaders all have at least 15 years experience in the business and diverse experience ranging from business verticals to the public sector. We believe our greatest resource is our employees that comprise the pool of highly skilled Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 technical engineers at our NOC. The skill sets of our engineers vary based on their experience in the international arena and their technical, qualification/ certification level. There are engineers with certifications such as Cisco's CCIE, CIPT, CCSP, CQFS, CQVS and Avaya's ACA , ACE, ACS. They have proven track records with experience in various TACs on complex Issues related to Cisco AVVID and Avaya IPT Framework. In short, the engineers have the ability to monitor across all Security, Network and Infrastructure devices, which adds value to the services rendered to every customer.
